Consumer purchases may be governed by Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Distance Contracts Regulation, Law No. 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection, and related secondary legislation.
Mandatory protections apply regardless of any inconsistent website or provider term.

Order records and invoices
The order confirmation, accepted pre-contract information, and distance-sales agreement are provided or made available on a durable medium and retained for the legally required period.
Invoices or legally valid electronic documents are issued according to applicable tax rules using the billing information supplied by the customer.
Consumer applications
Complaints may first be sent to support@rawnak.org. Depending on the claim value and applicable territorial rules, consumers may apply to a Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court and may use other official complaint channels.
