A provider-fulfilled order may also require using the provider support link shown in the order confirmation.
Fourteen-day withdrawal right
Consumers may generally withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within fourteen days without giving a reason or paying a penalty.
Send an unambiguous written notice to support@rawnak.org. You may use the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Reasonable return costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods are handled by the legally responsible seller or provider.
Refund timing
Eligible refunds are made through the original payment method within the applicable statutory period. Bank and provider posting times can affect when the credit appears after it is issued.
The refund confirmation identifies the amount, method, and affected items. Original delivery charges are treated according to the reason for return and mandatory law.
