Separate and optional permission
Marketing consent is optional and separate from accepting a sales contract, privacy notice, or service message. Refusing marketing does not prevent an order.
Where prior consent is required, no promotional message is sent until valid permission is recorded. A request for permission is not sent as a promotional message to an address that has not already consented.
Service messages
Order confirmation, payment status, security notices, delivery updates, recall information, and direct responses to a request are transactional communications and are not used to hide unrelated advertising.
Withdrawal and İYS
Recipients may use the unsubscribe method in a message or contact support@rawnak.org to withdraw optional marketing permission.
A valid refusal is processed within the legally required period. Records of permission and refusal are retained as required to demonstrate compliance.
