rawnak handles personal information collected directly through https://rawnak.org. Contact support@rawnak.org for privacy requests.
A payment or fulfillment provider may separately control information it collects on its hosted pages. Its identity and policy are shown before or during the relevant provider flow.
Information we collect
Identity and contact details, account credentials, delivery and billing addresses, order and return history, support correspondence, communication choices, device and security records, and legally required transaction records.
We do not intentionally store full payment-card details when a regulated payment provider collects them directly.
Why information is used
To display and sell products, create and deliver orders, collect payment, prevent fraud, provide customer support, handle returns, maintain accounts, meet tax and legal duties, secure the service, and improve the shopping experience.
Marketing messages are sent only where a valid permission or other lawful basis exists, and may be stopped through the offered preference channel.
Sharing and international transfers
Information may be shared as necessary with payment providers, fulfillment partners, carriers, hosting and security suppliers, professional advisers, public authorities, and a buyer of the business subject to lawful safeguards.
Fourthwall and other international providers may process information outside Türkiye. Required transfer safeguards and notices must be applied for each active integration.
Retention and security
Records are retained only for operational needs and applicable legal limitation, tax, accounting, ecommerce, and consumer-law periods. Different categories may have different retention periods.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used. No internet service can promise absolute security; suspected incidents should be reported to support@rawnak.org.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Statutory recordkeeping duties may limit deletion.
