Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with security, availability, pricing, checkout, other customers, or intellectual-property rights.
Product availability and offers may change before an order is accepted. Obvious errors may be corrected, but confirmed consumer rights remain governed by mandatory law.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and notify support@rawnak.org if an account may be compromised. Customers are responsible for activity they authorize.
Accounts may be restricted for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or serious security risks. Access to legally required order records and remedies is not removed merely because an account is restricted.
Content and intellectual property
The website design, original photography, text, trademarks, and other content may be protected by intellectual-property law. Personal shopping use does not grant a right to reproduce or commercially exploit that content.
Customer reviews and questions must be truthful, relevant, and lawful. Moderation does not convert customer statements into store claims.
Availability and liability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website accurate and available. Maintenance, provider outages, and events outside reasonable control may interrupt service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
