When Shopier is selected, Shopier provides the hosted payment or platform flow and may process transaction, identity, fraud-prevention, and delivery-related information under its own terms and privacy notices.
rawnak remains responsible for its product description, lawful sale, customer communication, dispatch, and consumer obligations except to the extent applicable law or Shopier’s checkout expressly assigns a platform responsibility.
Fourthwall
For an order placed through a Fourthwall-hosted checkout, the checkout and confirmation identify Fourthwall’s role, applicable merchandise terms, privacy policy, customer-support channel, fulfillment rules, and return conditions.
Fourthwall catalog products may be made to order. Fourthwall states that quality defects may be replaced or refunded and that general or size-related returns may not be accepted for those products. Mandatory local consumer rights continue to apply where they cannot be waived.
A self-fulfilled product may remain the direct responsibility of rawnak even if Fourthwall technology is used. Customers should rely on the seller and provider identities shown for the specific order.
ikas
ikas may provide ecommerce infrastructure, hosted checkout, or payment routing depending on the configured service. The checkout identifies the payment organization that receives the customer’s payment credentials.
rawnak remains the contractual seller unless the checkout expressly identifies another merchant of record. ikas and connected processors handle data under their applicable notices.
Banks, cash on delivery, and future providers
For bank transfer, the order is confirmed according to the payment instructions and receipt of funds. For cash on delivery, availability, collection fees, and accepted payment type are shown before confirmation.
Additional regulated providers may be added. Before activation, this notice, checkout wording, privacy disclosures, refund routing, and the distance-sales records must be updated to identify their role accurately.
